Returns

Pret products are eligible for returns, replacements and exchanges only if it fulfills the requirements mentioned below: 

Returns

Items purchased from Pret are eligible for returns within 10 days of delivery. Items may not be accepted for returns in the following cases:

  1. The item has been purchased at a discount or on sale
  2. The item is part of an order that contains 2 or more items (Customers normally order two items to check sizes or colours before returning the ill preferred item)
  3. Items that have been used or damaged
  4. Items are returned without the original packaging including the outer box
  5. Products bought using coupons, promo codes and other discounts 

To place a return request, please fill out the form below with the email id used while placing the order and the order number in the following format (If your order number is PL1234, please use 1234 as the order number for the form below.) 

Timeline for the return process is as follows:

  1. Approval/ denial of return request: 3-4 business days
  2. Pickup of item delivered: Within 5-6 business days
  3. Processing of refund: Within 2 business days after item has been delivered at our warehousing facility.

Please note: If your order is a COD order, please send us an email with your bank details once the item has been picked up by our courier service. The details we require are:

  1. Account holder name
  2. Bank account number
  3. Bank IFSC code

Replacements

Items that have been purchased from Pret are eligible for replacements within 10 days of delivery. Replacements are only accepted if there are any visible manufacturing defects with the item delivered.

To place a replacement request please fill out the form below with the email id used while placing the order and the order number in the following format (If your order number is PL1234, please use 1234 as the order number for the form below.) 

If the item you require as a replacement is different to the original item, please do mention the required product size and colour in the notes section.

Timeline for the replacement process is as follows

  1. Approval/ denial of replacement request: 3-4 business days
  2. Dispatch of replacement: Within 2 business days of request approval
  3. Pickup of item delivered: Within 5-6 business days

Exchanges

Items that have been purchased from Pret are eligible for exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are only permitted once per customer and should only be for the following reasons:

  1. Size change
  2. Colour change
  3. Size and colour change

To place an exchange request please fill out the form below with the email id used while placing the order and the order number in the following format (If your order number is PL1234, please use 1234 as the order number for the form below.) 

Steps: Choose “Replacement” -> Choose “Exchanging Item” as your reason -> Mention the required item size and colour in the notes -> Submit the request.

Timeline for the exchange process is as follows:

  1. Approval/ denial of exchange request: 72 business hours
  2. Dispatch of required exchange item: Within 2 business days of request approval
  3. Pickup of original item delivered: Within 4-5 business days

                                                                  

Please note: Pret reserves the right to amend the return policy at any given time. Returns, replacements and exchanges can be denied by Pret at its sole discretion if certain parameters are not fulfilled.
